This blog was created as a class blog to help the BC Project students with the learning of Natural Science concepts and with the ability to reason critically and solve problems. The topics include Astronomy and Space, Geology, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. I expect and hope that it is useful. Enjoy it!

Interactions between species
Interspecific and intraspecific relationships
From this video you should know the difference between interspecific and intraspecific, and that interactions can be positive, negative or neutral.
Community Ecology
Interactions between species are what define ecological communities, and community ecology studies these interactions anywhere they take place. Although interspecies interactions are mostly competitive, competition is pretty dangerous, so a lot of interactions are actually about side-stepping direct competition and instead finding ways to divvy up resources to let species get along26/04/2020

INVASIVE SPECIES
The basics
What are Invasive Species? An invasive species is one that is not native and whose introduction causes harm, or is likely to cause harm to Michigan's economy, environment, or human health.
The threat of invasive species.
An invasive species can be anything from plant, animal or fungus that is introduced to a non-native habitat and has a tendency to spread to a degree that causes damage throughout the environment, human health or economy.
